General information
The Terms of Service below covers the bases of formal commissioned work for personal use. Commissioned work for commercial purposes is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me by e-mail for commercial purposes.
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before putting your money towards services.
Important
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE is ANY work specifically from artistree.io to be used for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

- SFW, suggestive and NSFW
- any gender and/or lack thereof
- humanoid robot characters (or close enough)
- furries/scalies
- size difference (not macro/micro)
- plus-size characters (to a certain extreme)
- excessively large parts/hyper (to an extreme)
- anything not listed here is still a possibility!
- real people
- others OCs without proven consent
- gore/death
- non-consensual acts
- excessive detail (mecha, traditional armor, weapons)
- children suggestively — fictional or otherwise
- feral
- certain extreme deviant fetishes
- toilet fetishes
- whatever else im not comfortable with.

This contract applies to the artist further called yummypillow and person or institution further called Commissioner purchasing from yummypillow a work of art further called Artwork. By ordering the Artwork from yummypillow the Commissioner agrees to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENT
- The Commissioner agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to 500 USD.
- On orders above 500 USD the Commissioner agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.
- Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed upon before work on the Artwork commences.
- The Commissioner accepts that work on the Artwork will not commence until payment has been received by yummypillow according to the above schedule.
- Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases the Commissioner will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
- The Commissioner agrees that Artwork will be delivered digitally directly on artistree.io or email address provided by the Commissioner, after the final payment has been received by yummypillow.
- Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. The Commissioner is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Commissioner to propose delivery method which works for both parties. yummypillow cannot be held accountable for the Commissioner’s loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of yummypillow.
REVISIONS
- The Commissioner has the right to one (1) complete revision in the sketching phase.
- The Commissioner has right to two (2) minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, for no additional fees. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
- The Commissioner agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
- It is the sole responsibility of The Commissioner to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to yummypillow.
- Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on yummypillow’s SEK account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.
REFUND POLICY
- The Commissioner has right to request a full refund if there’s been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Artwork has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed upon separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
- The Commissioner obliges to contact yummypillow in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of the Commissioner will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Artwork.
PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE

The Artwork received by the Commissioner is for personal use, and are to be seen as licensed under the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. Any use of the Artwork for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by yummypillow. This will require a separate agreement between the Commissioner and yummypillow defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Artwork.
Read more about the license here.- The Commissioner does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- In addition, the Commissioner does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
- yummypillow reserves every right to use the Artwork received by the Commissioner for the purposes of portfolio, promotional and publishing use.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUSALS
- yummypillow reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to the Commissioner.
- Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The Commissioner will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. yummypillow will have full right to refuse any service to the Commissioner in the future.
- Attempts at circumvention by the Commissioner around the Terms of Service when ordering Artwork (including but not limited to: lying about AI generated references, continued attempts at revisions past given rights) will result in refusal of future service to the Commissioner.
